Description
aws grant for deep-tech start-ups: volume up to €889,000 (up to €1,000,000 with the gender bonus), project duration 2 to 5 years. Applications are accepted continuously via the aws Fördermanager; approval decisions are taken at several jury dates per year (usually quarterly). At least 10% of total costs must come from the (future) shareholders.
Eligibility
✓ Small companies with fewer than 50 employees and under EUR 10 million turnover/balance sheet✓ Founding phase: up to 5 years after founding; application up to 54 months after founding✓ Application must be submitted before the project starts
