1. Automatic Subscriptions

EU Fund Portal is a digital subscription service. If you are enrolled in a free trial, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel your automatic subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

Because EU Fund Portal provides immediate access to proprietary digital data and AI scoring features, we generally do not offer refunds for payments that have already been processed.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us immediately at support@eufundportal.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellations

When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
