Where does your data come from?
We ingest daily from 50+ official government and EU agency sources — the same sites you would visit manually. Every grant on the platform links back to the original issuing authority. We do not rewrite descriptions or summarise away important eligibility details.
Do I need to add a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day free trial requires only an email. You will only be asked for payment details when you decide to continue on Pro or Teams after the trial.
Can we start self-serve and move to Teams later?
Yes. Many teams start with Pro, validate the workflow internally, and upgrade to Teams when they need team collaboration, AI deep-dive, or a guided rollout.
Does the free plan include full grant details?
No. The free plan is for exploration only — you see titles, programmes, and deadlines for the first 20 open calls. Full summaries, filters, watchlists, alerts, exports, and AI signals are on paid plans.
Is Teams only for large organisations?
No. Teams is for anyone who wants shared watchlists, AI deep-dive applicant analysis, priority support, or a guided onboarding — regardless of company size. Looking for a dedicated enterprise contract instead? See the data feed section above.
How does billing and VAT work?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles EU VAT collection, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf. Invoices are available from your billing portal at any time.
