Who can apply

De subsidie is voor 1 maatschappelijke organisatie in Suriname. Uw organisatie gebruikt de subsidie om activiteiten van natuurlijke personen in Suriname te financieren. Een natuurlijk persoon is bijvoorbeeld een: - Vereniging die nog niet is opgericht; - Individuele onderzoeker; - Nazaat van tot slaaf gemaakten. U vindt hieronder een korte beschrijving van de voorwaarden. Lees de volledige voorwaarden in de Staatscourant voordat u een aanvraag indient. - Uw organisatie moet gevestigd zijn in Suriname; - Uw organisatie moet in de afgelopen 8 jaar minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring hebben opgedaan met het: - opzetten van programma's; - beheren, beoordelen en financieren van activiteiten van natuurlijke personen of maatschappelijke initiatieven. - Uw aanvraag moet gericht zijn op het financieren van maatschappelijke activiteiten of activiteiten voor capaciteitsversterking; - Gefinancierde activiteiten moeten: - plaatsvinden in Suriname; - uitgevoerd worden door natuurlijke personen die in Suriname wonen; - bijdragen aan de doelen van de subsidie; - ten goede komen aan nazaten van tot slaaf gemaakten, de Marron en de Inheemse bevolking. - Uw organisatie moet ervaring hebben met het beheren van financiën en risico's voor vergelijkbare activiteiten als waarvoor u subsidie aanvraagt; - Uw organisatie moet financiële transacties kunnen registreren en hierover kunnen rapporteren; - Uw organisatie moet controles hebben of beschrijven om (seksueel) grensoverschrijdend gedrag, misbruik, fraude en andere risico's te voorkomen.
