Who can apply

Call is open for individual Finnish and Chinese companies as well as for consortia including research organizations (Co-innovation project). Normal Business Finland eligibility and funding criteria are applied. Applying is done using the normal Business Finland application system and the applicants must include into their submission a joint project plan and consortium agreement done together with the Chinese partner(s); both need to include IPR remarks. Only those projects are eligible that have at least one applicant from each country and funding can only be given for those projects that are accepted by both countries' (Finland and China) governmental funding organizations.
