Who can apply

KMU oder kleine Midcap-Unternehmen (mit bis zu 499 Mitarbeiter) Ausschlussregel: Unternehmen, die direkt oder indirekt von einem anderen Drittland als der Ukraine oder einem mit „Horizon Europe“ assoziierten EWR-Mitgliedstaat oder von Rechtsträgern eines solchen Drittlands kontrolliert werden, sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Solche Rechtsträger können jedoch dennoch zur Teilnahme an dieser Ausschreibung berechtigt sein, sofern der Kommission angemessene Garantien vorgelegt und gemäß den nationalen Verfahren des Mitgliedstaats oder des mit „Horizon Europe“ assoziierten EWR-Mitglieds, in dem der Rechtsträger ansässig ist, genehmigt werden.

Funding rate

Die Finanzierungsform ist Eigenkapital von 10 bis zu 30 Mio. Euro, um Investitionsrunden, die 3- bis 5-mal größer sind, zu ermöglichen.
