Einzelne Startups oder KMU (einschließlich Spin-outs); Mid-caps Unternehmen (bis zu 499 Mitarbeiter, nur für TRL9 Aktivitäten); Natürliche oder juristische Personen, die ein KMU oder eine mittelgroße Kapitalgesellschaft gründen wollen.

Funding rate

Die Finanzierungsform ist ein Mix aus nicht rückzahlbarer Förderung bis 2,5 Mio. Euro (70 % der gesamten Entwicklungskosten des Projekts werden abdeckt, TRL 6-8), und Eigenkapital („Equity“) mit bis zu 10 Mio. Euro, um die Vermarktung und den Markteintritt zu beschleunigen (TRL9).
